Easter and Holy Week  The Lord is risen! Alleluia! Holy Week and Easter are busy but exciting times for all the Sisters. May the grace and peace of our Risen Saviour be with you and all of those who have been blessed with the Easter Sacraments!

Father James, one of our chaplains, begins the Easter Vigil with the blessing of the fire. The new Easter Candle will soon become the torch proclaiming Christ's victory over death.

The choir warms up for a joyful "Alleluia" and songs of exultant praise. Sr M Cecelia Clare plays the organ in honor of our victorious King.

The Sisters quickly but carefully prepare the flowers for the chapel in anticiptaion of the Lord's return. Sr Theresa Marie arranges the flowers on the high altar.

Sr M Alfreda, our oldest Sister, reverently venerates the cross of her Lord and Spouse. The Sisters gathered at our outdoor stations to pray the Way of the Cross together.

Sr M Lissetta and Sr M Clarice at our Holy Thursday dinner. Sr M Petra and Sr M Rose Ellen laugh as they enjoy the food and fraternity.

The little donkey symbolizes Our Lord's triumphant entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.

Sr Margaret Mary and Sr Jane Marie start crafting the newly blessed palms and craft them into various beautiful sacramentals. Sr M Julianne enjoys helping as well!

Sr M Rose Agnes stops for a moment during the many food preparations that take place during Holy Week. Shaina and Sr Theresa Marie take out the freshly baked lamb cakes for Easter Sunday.
