The Beatification of Mother Maria Theresia Bonzel
On November 10, 2013 many of our Sisters took a pilgrimage to Germany for the Beatification of our foundress while those who stayed at home joined us via livestream for the Mass that took place in the Cathedral of the Archdiocese of Paderborn. How truly blessed we were to experience this phenomenal event, an event for which so many of our Sisters have prayed for over 100 years since Mother’s passing into eternal life.
A four year old boy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, had a persistent severe viral illness that normally ran its course in one week but was stretching into months. The Sisters began a novena to Mother Maria Theresia and the young boy was healed without any scientific explanation. This was the miracle that led to way to Mother’s beatification.
